At Skin Standard Medspa (formerly Phoebe Owen Brows & Skin) in Sherwood Park, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure that each client has a pleasant experience. To help us manage our schedule effectively, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you fail to show up for your appointment, we may require a credit card to book future appointments. No-shows significantly impact our business, but we understand that emergencies happen. Please call us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.

No-shows will incur a charge equal to the full-service fee, while cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the booked service fee. These fees must be settled before scheduling your next service with us. Your understanding and cooperation help us continue to provide excellent care and service.
